Abstarct: Abstract The spread of corona virus can be considered as an unforeseen crisis that has affected various sectors including the economy in recent years, and this issue has forced companies to change in order to increase resilience against the negative effects of this crisis. Be involved in the management of your company's policies. Also, in the current era, the most stable economic growth in the world is related to knowledge-baxsed economies, and in the meantime, the driving engine of these economies are small knowledge-baxsed companies. However, the many problems faced by these companies lead to their high failure rate in the early years. Obviously, in the conditions of sanctions and economic inflammation, these institutions will be the focus of various environmental impacts. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of economic sanctions and the corona pandemic on the performance of companies that are members of the Tehran Stock Exchange. The present research was carried out using the annual data of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2012-2018. By screening, 127 companies were selected as the research sample. In order to test the research hypotheses, multivariate linear regression baxsed on panel data has been used. The results showed that the corona virus has caused a decrease and weakness in the financial performance criteria of the companies, and also the sanctions have also caused a weakness and decrease in the financial performance of the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange.
