Abstarct: The current research aims to investigate the effect of flexibility factors on organizational performance with the mediating role of organizational agility in the field of health. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the emergency department of the state hospitals of Semnan province, 170 people are selected by cluster sampling method. In order to collect the research data, the library method was used to compile the theoretical foundations and background of the research, and by applying the field method and using the questionnaire, data related to the variables of human resource flexibility, organizational structure flexibility, strategic flexibility, organizational agility and organizational performance are collected. Data descxription is done through SPSS software and Sobel test is used in SPSS software to test structural equation modeling. According to the obtained results, the path coefficient calculated for the influence of human resources flexibility on agility is equal to 0.5 and on organizational performance equal to 0.98, the influence of organizational structure flexibility on agility is equal to 0.55 and on organizational performance equal to 0.95, the influence of strategic flexibility Agility is equal to 0.7 and organizational performance is equal to 0.93, the effect of agility on organizational performance is estimated to be equal to 0.95. Using the analysis conducted in the research, the proposed research model has been approved and shows a positive and meaningful relationship between all the suggested paths of the proposed model, which indicates the high validity of the proposed model in order to improve the image of organizations active in the field of health, especially hospitals.
