In this regard, strategic planning, which is a systematic way to make decisions and implement activities to achieve goals with maximum efficiency, can be a good way to help develop the tourism industry. Shahrood city is one of the relatively attractive regions with tourism potentials, which has created a suitable possibility and opportunity for sustainable development baxsed on tourism. Identifying the capabilities and limitations of tourism and basic planning in this field can play an effective role in the development and diversification of the national and regional economy. Therefore, the purpose of this research is "to evaluate and develop a strategic plan for tourism development baxsed on the new approach of SWOT-PIPRECIA FUZZY". In order to achieve the goals of this research, effective strategic factors in the tourism of Shahrood city, by using the strategic planning model of David (1987) and applying the opinions of local experts and experts in the field of Shahrood city tourism in the majority of the questionnaire and also by using some documentary information Available in Shahrood Cultural Heritage and Tourism Industry Organization, the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Shahrood tourism were identified and classified. By using the SWOT and PIPRECIA FUZZY combined model, the importance and priority of the factors and their groups and relationships are examined and after ranking the strategic factors, the most important opportunities and threats, the strengths and weaknesses of tourism in Shahrood city in line with the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the region, are presented. became.
