HA383 : Designing the model of effective recruitment with co-employment approach in SMEs

Abstarct: Objective: The ultimate goal of this study is to provide an effective model of employee recruitment with a common workforce model in small and medium enterprises according to the mentioned reasons. Research Methodology: This research has been conducted within the frxamework of a qualitative approach and using the multiple theory data theory method. Data collection method In-depth interview with 14 human resource management experts in the field of recruitment in the present research and has been done by theoretical sampling method. Data analysis was performed during four stages of inductive coding, conceptual refinement, pattern coding and theoretical enrichment. Finally, the resulting strategies were presented in the final model. Findings: baxsed on theoretical foundations and interviews with experts, 8 main categories that were divided into three sections: organizational context, operating conditions (internal and external) and results and consequences. have been. Conclusion: When all the dimensions of this model were in place in the right way, the results and consequences were created, which we divided into three general categories of expected general consequences, implementation consequences in small organizations and consequences. We divided implementation into large organizations. In the expected general outcomes of improving long-term profitability, creating a competitive advantage means strengthening power and competitive advantage, reciprocal value creation means two-way win and two-way improvement of reputation and brand, strengthening absorption capacity and Facilitating organizational learning means increasing the organization's knowledge and gaining rapid experience.
