Abstarct: In this research, we decided to investigate the effect of business strategies on organizational innovation, emphasizing the mediating role of organizational learning in insurance cases, which are the Asia Insurance branch and Dana Insurance, and these cases are discussed. This research is practical in terms of purpose. In terms of the way of collecting descxriptive information, it is of the correlation type and seeks to find opposite relationships between variables. The statistical population of the current research is all the employees of the insurance company (Asia Insurance and Dana Insurance), which is a large number of the statistical population. As a result, in the current research, the statistical population is 420 employees of insurance companies (Asia Insurance and Dana Insurance), and according to Morgan's table, 201 people are considered as a statistical sample. Research findings show that organizational learning is most closely related to organizational innovation. This shows that organizational learning has a significant role in organizational innovation, it is confirmed and it shows its positive effect on others. In this research, the tool for analyzing data and checking the correctness of assumptions is Smart pls software. According to the obtained findings, we came to the conclusion that organizational learning is most related to organizational innovation. This indicates that organizational learning plays a significant role in organizational innovation.
