Abstarct: Often, by exploring the researches of a specific field, we come across a large number of studies that have investigated similar variables. Despite the similarity of the subject under investigation, it is possible that these studies are different in terms of methods and do not show the same results. This is where mexta-analysis comes to the aid of researchers. In this research, the purpose; The impact of transformational leadership dimensions on organizational innovation and creativity using mexta-analysis with the help of CMA software. In this research, the number of 79 internal and external researches was selected, and after detailed checks according to the required data, the number of final articles selected was reduced to 41 researches, which shows the data of these articles of the statistical population of this research. The obtained results P-value and Z statistic as well as the correlation value according to the upper and lower limits, showed the effect of transformational leadership dimensions of organizational innovation and creativity in the conducted researches to be significant and direct, as well as the size of the effect of transformational leadership of organizational innovation and creativity. It was significant and direct in the conducted researches. According to the results of this research and the answers to the questions, it is suggested that in order to increase the efficiency of an organization and create creativity and innovation in an organization, they should not neglect the selection of transformational leaders.
