Abstarct: The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of profitability, institutional ownership and liquidity on profit sharing policies with respect to the mediating role of business life cycle. This research is a descxriptive study in terms of nature and method and an applied research in terms of purpose. And post-event type is included. In the course of this research, six hypotheses were formulated and 144 companies(846 years of company) were selected through systematic elimination sampling for a period of 6 years between 2015 and 2020 and data related to research variables after collection in Excel software They were analyzed using eviews statistical software. The results of the hypothesis test showed that profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policies in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on dividend policies in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on dividend policies in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Profitability at different stages of business life(growth and decline) has a different effect on profit sharing policy. Liquidity at different stages of business life(growth and maturity) has a different effect on profit-sharing policy. Institutional ownership has different effects on dividend policy at different stages of business life(growth and decline).
