Abstarct: this study investigates the impact of green human resource management on organizational sustainability with mediating role of employee green behavior . the present study is the lixnk of the mentioned variables and examining its effect on the statistical community ; the statistical population of this study is baxsed on the nurses of imam hussein hospital of Shahrood . which was calculated by random sampling and using the cochran formula of sample size . This research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of method. data collection tool was questionnaire . spss and amos software was used to analyze the data . the general results of the research hypotheses show that the role of mediating the green behavior of employees in relation to green human resource management is confirmed. it also suggests that green human resource management on organizational sustainability and green human resource management has a significant impact on employee green behavior and ultimately the green behavior of employees on organizational stability .
