HA305 : Identifying and prioritizing the success factors of cluster hiring in project-oriented companies in Tehran

Abstarct: In the world today, the issue of manpower hiring is one of the key issues and its importance is increasing day by day and access to skilled human resources is a basic condition for the development of any country. They play a role in the economic and industrial policies of many developed and developing countries. Because providing services and facilities to companies individually is expensive, cluster hiring facilitates this and provides companies with a good opportunity to transfer knowledge that is not provided by gaining human capital at the level of individual employees. Clusters are considered as an important tool to achieve comprehensive economic, political, cultural and social development in developed and developing countries. Cluster hiring management requires accurate knowledge of the effective factors for their successful hiring. The problem of this research is the lack of knowledge of the effective factors for successful hiring of clusters. With these explanations, the purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the success of cluster hiring in project-oriented companies. Applied research. The statistical population of this research in order to identify the indicators includes ten senior managers of project-oriented companies in Tehran. To collect information and data in this research, the library and field methods were used. In this study, in the descxriptive statistics section, statistical indicators such as frequency, frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, pie chart and column chart were used, and in the inferential statistics section, BWM technique and Lindo Lingo software were used. An incompatibility rate of 0.19 Shows that the data have little incompatibility. The results indicate that all known factors are effective in the success of cluster hiring, which had network relationships as the most important factor and shareholder participation as the least important factor.
