HA304 : Investigating the alignment of individual and organizational goals and its effect on organizational sustainability

Abstarct: The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the alignment of individual and organizational goals and organizational sustainability. In terms of purpose, this research is applicable and in terms of nature and method, it is descxriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study includes the employees of Golestan Province Gas Company who were selected through stratified sampling and using Cochran's formula. Data collection tool is a questionnaire that contains 38 questions and the resulting data are analyzed using structural equation modeling and smart pls software. The results of this analysis show: clarification, supervision and control, motivational system, participatory management and spirituality in the workplace have an effect on the alignment of individual and organizational goals and the effect of alignment of individual and organizational goals on organizational sustainability was confirmed. In addition, the mediating role of alignment of individual and organizational goals in the relationship between the mentioned variables with organizational sustainability was confirmed.
