Abstarct: In this study, the effect of cyberloafing on job burnout was mediated by organizational cynicism in .Bojnourd Municipality According to the size of the community, 160 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the municipal staff and the data were analyzed using PLS software. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing and organizational cynicism have a positive and .significant effect on job burnout of municipal employees.The results also indicated that organizational cynicism has facilitated the relationship between .cyberloafing and employee burnout. This reflects the fact that not only cyberloafing needs to be reduced or eliminated, but also organizational cynicism is needed to reduce the burnout that is successful in the organizational setting itself.
