Abstarct: Environmental management concerns are gaining considerable attention among organisations all over the world and organisations are under pressure to adopt green practices throughout their decisions.So far, there has not been any research on greenness evaluation in hotels using Fuzzy MCDM. This research has aimed to evaluate greenness in Iranian hotels. One of the decision making techniques, the Fuzzy Flowsort technique, was employed to sort hotels. Fuzzy sets were used to get rid of uncertainties in the evaluation process and due to easiness they offer to get the evaluation of decision makers orally. Consequently, the proposed frxamework can be replicated for other service industries that are useful for top managers, economic policy formulators and travelers.
