HA264 : Smart Supply Chain Evaluation Using Multi-criteria Decision Making Technique

Abstarct: Extreme market competition between companies in modern world and emerging Fourth Industrial Revolution leads to maximum efforts in order to increasing the quality of managing supply chains. Making smart supply chains using information technology in difference classifications can make great improvement in its results under different circumstances of market, so in this paper we work on some of important different angles of the smart supply chain and what affects them, recognize and choose standards for the baxse of the topic and check on expert opinions are all studied and using Delphi phase method for them. using calibration approach to proceed collecting experts opinion including identify the standards and then sort them by its importance for each one of them in evaluation model baxsed on marked interval. After that we used developed best-worst phase group system we chose the final standards, at last we used Vicor phase so we can check on possible options for smart supply chain. General results sort by its importance grade are expense, technology, security, management of customer contact and agility and choosing the standard of the expenses considering management space of supply chain in our project has the highest rating
