HA258 : Evaluating and selecting effective play in recruiting staff using Gamification approach

Abstarct: Gamification is the process of game thinking and using game mechanics to engage users and solve problems. One of the four most important uses of game play in human resources is the recruitment and recruitment of human resources. Evaluation of corporate recruitment is done in various forms of exams, interviews and management games. The best recruitment assessment tests can study the talents and personality traits of each individual and propose a suitable job accordingly. Failure to do this standard employment assessment may result in an unfair dismissal from the recruitment cycle. Or being hired in the wrong position. With this descxription, the purpose of the present study is to evaluate and select the effective game in recruiting staff using the game-baxsed approach. The present research is baxsed on its purpose in the field of applied research. The statistical population of this study was composed of 20 experts in order to identify indicators from two groups of academic experts and effective playing field and human resources management. The library and field method was used to collect information and data in this study. In the descxriptive statistics section, statistical indices such as frequency, percentage of frequency, mean, standard deviation, circular chart, and column were used, and inferential statistics, technique and Lindo Lingo software were used. The results indicated that targeting was introduced as the best criterion and performance as the worst criterion. The sub-criterion of achieving goals as the best and the sub-criterion of using incentives such as scoring and promotion were identified as the worst sub-criterion.
