According to the theoretical foundations, the effect of human capital education on global economic growth is threshold. The main objective of this research is to estimate the effect of human capital education on economic growth of G7 countries (Canada, Italy, Germany, France, England (UK), America And Japan) and D8 (Iran, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt and Nigeria), in the period (1979-2014), for which two different scenarios with a computational package (dtp) in the software environment R and Dynamic threshold dynamic model of panel data was estimated. In general, in both of all scenarios, the threshold effect of education on economic growth has been rejected in selected countries, and in both of scenarios, the relationship between education and economic growth has been positively shown. In this study, the effect of other control variables of model (initial income, population growth, government size, gross capital formation, trade openness, financial development and per capita capital) on economic growth in different scenarios has bean evaluated The results from different scenarios are different in the G7 and D8 groups.
