Abstarct: The present study is conducted to investigate the role of enviromental benefits, The benefits of warm glow,green trancparency,brand loyalty through the realization of social marketing goals and the role of subjective norms of customers. The statistical population of the study is customers who have used kale,Mihan,Damdaran and Chopan proudacts in the last year. Random cluster sampling was used in this research that 440 questionnaires were distributed among consumers and by the end 414 completed questionnaires were delivered. To collect the research data,the library method has been used to formulate theoretical foundations and research background using a survey method and using a questionnaire,data collection on brand loyalty variables customer’s subjective norms. ¬¬¬Realisation of social marketing goals,green perceived value,green transparency,utilitarian environmental benefits and warm glow are discussed.The data are described using the SPSS software and the smart PLS3 software is used to test the structural equation model. And also the green perceived value can not play a mediating role,between the utilitarian environmental benefits and brand loyalty. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between the green perceived value and the realization of social marketing goals. Customer’s mentality norms can not adjust the relationship between green perceived value and social marketing. But it corrects the realization of the goals of social marketing and brand loyalty.
