Abstarct: These days performance evaluation is a dynamic and continuous process and it has become a part of Human Resource management᾿s tasks.In other words the organization performance evaluation system is a vital tool for organizations and each organization needs to be evaluated in order to be aware of the desirability and quality of its activities ,especially in complex and dynamic environment . The main goal of human resource management in any organization is to contribute to better performance in the organization to achieve organizational goals . Continuous improvement of performance won’t be possible without reviewing and understanding which goals are achieved and without identifying the challenges faced by the organization and gaining feedback from the implementation of policy development . On the other hand, expert and skilled human resources in organizations are the most important sources and organizational capital, for long-term organization's sustainability .The sustainability approach in HRM by making changes in human resource management practices plays an important role in attracting and Holding talented and expert people . This study deals with the combination of balanced scorecard concepts, human resource scorecard, human resource sustainability and system dynamics to develop a model for evaluating the performance of human resources of the organization . a case study carried out on: National Oil Products Distribution Company in Shahrood .
