Abstarct: Regarding the importance of quality in the hotel industry, this study examines the effect of leadership style on the service quality of hotels. It also surveys the effect of various dimensions of leadership style on various dimensions of service quality. In addition to hypotheses testing, evaluating the quality of services and leadership style, as a sidelong job was also done. Since the study measures the relationship between the research variables in the hotel industry, as a single measure , this research is considered new.In this research, target population is customers and employees of hotels located in Bandar Abbas and Qeshm , 282 customers and 131 employees were selected as sample and to study the model, standard questionnaires that were revised baxsed on some marketing professionals’ views and according to pertinence of location and culture, were used and their content validity was approved. Cronbach’s Alpha was used to test reliability. Collected data were analyzed using the software SPSS 17 and finally research hypothesis were confirmed using statistic testing.
