Abstarct: The purpose of this study is to find the role and importance of corporate governance systems in the companies with investigating the relationship between corporate governance factors with companies risk management. In this study we want to know whether companies that have the characteristics of corporate governance are in a good position in terms of risk management or not. In this study, we investigate the characteristics of corporate governance system (ownership concentration, institutional ownership, CEO’s Authority, the CEO duality, board size, board independence) as independent variables with risk management companies in this statistical community which is measured with three indicators (non-systematic risk, beta index, Sharpe ratio) by using multiple regression methods are examined
