Abstarct: In recent years,with the increasing use of the Internet, marketing strategies in the virtual environment have attracted the attention of many rganizations and research in the field of marketing and marketing has increased in virtual environments, but this research is conducted on a regular basis of measuring the appropriate strategy. There is no way for any industry to enter e-commerce. Therefore, the present study examines marketing strategies in social media and ranking strategies baxsed on performance marketing metrics using Z-Numbers fuzzy in the mobile phone industry. The present study is descxriptive and survey baxsed on the applied nature of the research and the data were collected through the questionnaire. The data needed for this study were collected by two groups of respondents. The first group consists of academics and experts who have participated in setting up a questionnaire and applying coefficients to the indicators, and the second group, including media, professionals, vendors and people who have been purposefully selected and contributed to the collection of questionnaires. The coefficient of alpha cronbach above 0.7 is validated for all variables of reliability of research. As a result of the research, it can be noted that in the mobile phone industry the use of interactive strategies to implement a suitable commercial criteria is important. Creating profiles for users and product customization can also have a competitive edge for a company active in the industry. Combined strategies due to its flexibility, the best solution among all the strategies in this study are selected.
