HA149 : The Influence of quantity and quality of knowledge sharing on satisfaction, trust and commitment of employees of Mashhad’s urban metro

Abstarct: The present study is aimed to the impact the quality and quantity of knowledge sharing, on satisfaction, trust and organizational commitment (study of Mashhad Urban Railway Organization). To do this, a 95-item questionnaire is developed. The study population is all employees of Mashhad Urban Railway. Their Number is Equal to 400. The sample size of 169 persons Morgan has been considered. The reliability is of the questionnaires in order for the variables of knowledge sharing, organizational trust, job satisfaction and organizational commitment with Cronbach's alpha (93/0, 94/0, 80/0 and 98/0). Also, for hypothesis test of this development study, structural equations modeling are used. The results of structural equations, standard coefficient and significance coefficient show the Confirmed a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing in the dependent variables of organizational trust, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The results of the study reflect the influence of sub-questions, share knowledge (knowledge periodicity, quantity and quality of knowledge) on the dependent variables of organizational trust, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, some suggestions were presented to the managers of Mashhad Urban Railway.
