Abstarct: Knowledge-baxsed companies are faced with changes and developments in the economic environment, social, technological, cultural and political.Managers should focus on intelligent design, intelligence, and capabilities such as knowledge management. As a result of this process, a relatively new concept in organization theory as intelligence, have been suggested. One of the essential concepts for this type of organization, intelligence, and knowledge management concept. Knowledge there is no significant correlation.range from 1 to 5 Likert if it is collected. Validity of both questionnaires to help with SPSS software using Cronbach's alpha, is over 0.8. After distributing and collecting questionnaires, quantitative data were analyzed using the software. The main purpose of the studing is application of intelligence, knowledge management and assesses their correlation. Is used general intelligence and knowledge management model. The main hypothesis was defined: there is a significant correlation between intelligence and knowledge management. To test this hypothesis, community organizations, athletic directors and senior staff of the province is selected sample of about 60 people. Methods is used to test the hypothesis is Pearson correlation coefficient .And finally to rank the variables of knowledge management and assess their importance in the intelligence is used the Friedman test. The results confirm all of the hypothesis. Significant correlation is between intelligence and knowledge management and aspects of the knowledge and intelligence are on the same role in organizational intelligence.
