Abstarct: This study evaluates tourism demand function of Iran using data of Turkish tourists during 1983-2014, using data series. One of the elements of tourism development, is its demand. Aim of this study is to evaluates factors effecting international tourism demand of Turkeh tourists in Iran. Number of tourists traveling to Iran from Turkey have been considered as an independent variable to the model and national income per capita of turkey, inflation rate, real exchange rate, amount of trade and the war dummy variable as a dependent variable effects on independent variable using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL). Tourism is one of beneficial industries that most countries invested on it and also this industry build up relationships between countries and effected on people’s culture. Recently by increasing income and reducing work time can cause a boost in tourism demand. The reason to study demand function is to analyze revenue and price elasticity and it should be converted to linear algorithm. The results show that in short time there is a positive relationship between national income per capita of turkey, amount of trade and real exchange rate. Inflation rate and war had a negative effect on tourism demand. There has not been a significant negative effect of inflation rate on tourism demand. Dummy variable described as war had a negative effect on tourism demand. Also, revenue elasticity in short term is more than long term and price elasticity in long term is more than short term. By applying relations derived from relationship between dependent and independent variables, h0 is approved which explains a positive effects of national income on tourism demands in long term and short term. H1 indicates a negative effects of inflation rate on tourism demand is just approved in short term. The H2 indicates that devaluation has a positive effects on tourism demand is being approved in long term and short term. H4 determines a positive relation between amount of trade and tourism demand which is approved in long term and short term. Finally the last hypothesis shows that variable described as dummy variable has a negative effects on tourism demand in long an short term.
