Abstarct: To benefit from the knowledge, requires a planning and management principles. Researchers understand the concept gained a new spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence also express ideas, criticism and suggestions to strengthen organized labor. This procedure can be in the form of vocal behavior of employees, new knowledge, drawn from the suggestions, ideas and even criticism, the organization's knowledge management cycle, not institutionalized. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of spiritual intelligence on knowledge management with vocal behavior is the role of mediator. The aim of the present study is an applied research. In terms of how to get the research data can be regarded as descxriptive research. The community, the staff of the Department of Education Kohgiluyeh and Boyer to 597 people. Using Morgan table and taking into account population size and placement in Formula random sampling, sample size was specified 233 number. After receiving the 237 questionnaires from employees, data and software using structural equation SMART PLS were analyzed.
