Abstarct: Each organization must first identify which knowledge should be developed and managed. And how it should be developed and managed. Determine the knowledge strategy of the utmost importance for organizations that seek to planning for implement knowledge management systems and tools in their organizations. This study follows the regulatory frxamework to identify and prioritize the factors of knowledge strategy and its impact on the organization's strategy. Researcher intends to explain the organizational performance baxsed on factors of knowledge strategy with the discovery and recognition the factors of knowledge strategy. Questionnaires of firm's strategy and the knowledge strategy completed by managers, deputies and experts. After that, used the partial least squares (PLSR) for analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. And identified and assessed the effectiveness of the factors of knowledge strategy on the organization's strategy using factor analysis. According to the results, the study hypothesis was confirmed, which means that the knowledge strategy has a direct and significant impact on organization strategy. Also according to the statistical analysis, the hypothesis was not confirmed, in other words, the respondents argued that the accumulation of knowledge has no impact on the organization's strategy. The second hypothesis was confirmed, namely how to knowledge supply has a positive and significant impact on the strategy of the organization. The third hypothesis was confirmed, namely Source of knowledge supply has a positive and significant impact on the strategy of the organization. Also the fourth hypothesis was confirmed. We can say that knowledge baxse has a positive and meaningful impact on the organization's strategy.Finally, the Friedman test was used for prioritizing (rankings) factors knowledge strategy by respondents. That showes the knowledge baxse, has the highest priority in influencing on the strategy of the organization.
