Abstarct: The importance of inventory maintenance in the system of production and sales and the high cost of it such as raw material, semi-finished components or final product has motivated the researchers to analyze and study the different models in inventory control. Usually in such studies, the inventory system analyzes without considering the effects of perishing the products, bus if the rate of perishing is being noticeable, the effects on the model cannot be overlooked. In recent years, due to advances in technology, competition markets, and strict customers, the number of perishable products have been more than before. Despite such markets one of the vital tasks for different companies is to determine inventory management policy. In the meantime, Pharmaceutics items because of the great importance of the healthcare in any country is a strategic situation. Because this area should be able to quickly and accurately cover the pharmaceutical needs of society, so correct policy in the field of inventory management seems necessary. In modeling of a real situation in the uncertainty environment due to defection in detectable information the complexity has been increased. This means that traditional methods are not able to apply the accuracy and certainty of classical mathematical logic alone. In some cases, the neglect of the uncertainty in planning issues for production control and inventory, increases the cost of the organization. This study using axiomatic design techniques while provide a coherent and integrated structure for the inventory management system of company's case and achieve maximum profitability, introduce intuitionistic fuzzy technique that is a generalization of fuzzy sets in addition to the membership degree, non-membership degree and the degree of hesitation in terms of the calculation method. The considerable achievement of this study is the development of a new model that optimum values in economic order of goods and duration of the order, which correspond to determine the total minimized cost. A numerical example is proposed to illustrate the model and sensitivity analysis baxsed on the values of some parameters. the end of the intuitionistic fuzzy approach to predict demand, the purchase price and deterioration rate is used as uncertain variables model for five drugs, influenza vaccine, pantoprazole tablets, iron capsules, permethrin lotion and Soyagol tablets on a three-month period. According to real results provided by Accounting Unit of the pharmaceutical company Alpha it was found that the technique with the aid of experts have minimized different estimated values of the variables of demand, the purchase price and deterioration rate for the period under review, in comparison with the fuzzy and classical approach and it provides more efficiency and certainty in controlling uncertainty situation regarding the needs of customers and changing in market. Eventually it provides the business factors, profitability and reduction in the potential costs of the organization, environmental losses due to disposal of leftovers of pharmaceutics.
