HA10 : Studying the role of customer experience on word of mouth (Case Study: Customer Samsung)

Abstarct: This study examines the relationship between customer experience and word of mouth. The study is descxriptive -correlation. Statistical Society is 196 of Samsungs customers in Tehran. Questionnaire was used for data collection and reliability of 77% was calculated. For data analysis was used stepwise regression and to rank the factors in the selection of Samsung products for data analysis, and stepwise regression to rank the factors in the selection of Samsung products Friedman test was used Friedman test. Findings showed that the experience of selling space, experience of supply place, experience the advantages and benefits, combined service experience, experience of packaging and labeling are determinant word of mouth and Experience of online advertising, customer experience, brand experience, experience, price, supply chain management experience, experience in marketing had not effected on word of mouth.
