Abstarct: Today, physical education and sport as a necessity and a basic and infrastructure requirement has been dramatically a growing concern for everyone. Priorities, attitudes and interests determine the degree of people's participation in sport for all. As the sport plays the biggest role to form the personality and education of families, Promotion of sports should begin from the family. Sports education in the home and family is baxsed on certain principles that it could be involved in the development of sport for all as its origin. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of carry out families sporting events in sport for all development that was used qualitatively. The statistic population consisted of officials, organizers, professionals of sport for all, the participants and all those who were related to the families sport event in Mashhad city. Of these, along with collection and data analysis, 18 persons were selected using judgment and snowball methods. Validity and reliability of this study were rooted in four aspects of reliability, transferability, dependability and dependability and verifiability. Generality, multi-level efficiency, making culture was identified as families sport’s features. General motivation, self-management were identified as factors that family sport plays a role in the development of sport through their exercise. Uncertain financial decisions, cultural and social constraints, administrative problems were identified as barriers to family events. Making Infrastructure, design and performance were identified as development strategies of family sports. The most emphasis were on lack of holding regularly and continuously family sports events, advertising and notification to make motivation, budget and appropriate spaces and sports places for presence of family and the need for appropriate assessment in relation to the absence of people. Due to the results of officials and organizers research, they should try to hold more family sport event with appropriate plan and different methods and places and make an effort to encourage people to be in these events and development of sport for all would be fulfilled between different groups of people through this.
