GV96 : An investigation of effective factors on sport facilities customers’ satisfaction baxsed on IPA model

Abstarct: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is a technique widely used in developing marketing strategies and improving products or service quality. The purpose of this study was “identification and investigation of effective factors on sport facilities customers’ satisfaction baxsed on IPA model”. The population of this study included all Customers of Mashhad City sports centers. Among them, 396 Customer were chosen convenience sampling. The questionnaire that was designed by investigator used for data collection.This qustionaire included of 13 components and 55 questions. To determine the face and content validity of questionnaire, 10 experts and sport management teacher were consulted and, confirmatory factor analysis used to determine structural validity of it. Then to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study on group 30 people was conducted. The results of cronbachs alpha coefficient showed (α = 0.96) that the questionairs have acceptable reliability. Findings showed that 13 factors affecting on the customers’ satisfaction, 6 factors among males and 7 factors among females were in the lower priority area, 6 factors among males and 2 factors among females were in the concentrate here area and 1 factor among males and 4 factors among females were in the keep up the good work. The factors that have been in the lower priority area are not threatening for the system operation and don’t require immediate correction. The factors that have been in the concentrate here area, requires immediate reform and in this respect have high priority. Finally, the factors that have been in the keep up the good work area not only are important for the customers but also satisfied with their performance. also by using Dematel technique impressibility of the ingredient specified. This information enable the manager of sport facilities to manage their mean and enforce the effective ingredient and with this increase their cliente’s satisfaction.
