Abstarct: Human resources organizational capital and is known that these resources are the key to organization, regardless of industry, as one of their best ideas. Organizations that are focused on individuals and employees' job satisfaction and their relationships, attract and retain the elite and put the right people in the right positions, in order to adopt its rivals are moving. The purpose of this study was examine The structural equation modeling relationship between social capital and talent management with employee job satisfaction in Youth and Sports offices of Kerman Province. The method applied in this research work was descxriptive-correlation. The population of this study included all employees of Youth and Sports offices of Kerman Province (N=268). Among them, 160 people were chosen cluster random sampling. The questionnaires of talent management (Sayadi et al, 2011), social capital (Akbari, 2012), and job satisfaction (Michigan et al, 1979) was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and path analysis. Findings indicated that Talent management has a direct and significant impact on job satisfaction. Also the talent management has a direct and positive impact on, social capital. Finally, the model showed a good fit to the data. The results imply the importance talent management on job satisfaction, and social capital. Thus, talent management and social capital should be noticed in all policy-making related to offices of sports and youth.
