Abstarct: High intensity alternative training improves aerobic and anaerobic systems. Given aforementioned method has created recently and also existence of conflicting results in the effects of being inactive subsequent to high intensity alternative training on the factors of physical readiness, the researcher decided to consider effects of inaction on some of physical readiness factors on semi amateur futsal plaxyers following 2 high intensity training. therefore 24 plaxyers who were played in Amir Abad Port were selected voluntarily to participate in the study, then divided into 3 groups including 8 people in each. The groups do intensive exercise with short term period, long term period and traditional. All of the plaxyers were measured according to some physical readiness factors (aerobic power, speed, agility and explosive power). Both groups of high intensity alternative training performed 3 times a week, in even days for a month and then they experienced a period being inactive. In order to evaluate the internal changes independent T-test statistical method and for external changes one-way statistical method are used. The results of internal changes have shown that doing alternating short-term exercise and long-term periods during 4 weeks, had significant improvement in maximum oxygen consumption levels (VO2max) in observed group, similarly, the speed levels in inaction period compared to the group with short-term alternating training and control group after the test. While after four weeks training and a period of time being inactive, we have not observed any significant differences in explosive power and agility of the group. A significant difference between VO2max levels and speed of different groups was observed in the inaction period whereas we did not observe any differences between their agility and explosive power. Overall, in accordance with this study, it can be concluded that physical readiness variables are influenced by the intensity of activity and in order to find a better mechanism of action for alternative intense exercise in these factors more studies are required.
