GV57 : The role of work values and constructive organizational culture on employee's job satisfaction of Departments of Sport and Youth's in Yazd provinces

Abstarct: The purpose of present research was to investigate the role of work values and constructive organizational culture on employee's job satisfaction of Departments of Sport and Youth's in Yazd provinces. 132 people were selected according to the the sample size's table of Morgan and karchssay. The research method is descxriptive-correlational and the statistical population consisted of all staff's of departments of Sport and Youth's (N=198) of Yazd provinces. In order to collect data, demographic characteristics, constructive organizational culture (Mandlu Michel et al, 2013), work values (Mandlu Michel et al, 2010) and job satisfaction (Moll et al, 2001) questionnaires were used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were examined and confirmed by 10 experts and masters of sport management. Then, The results of Cronbach’s alpha test on a 30-person group of staff's (constructive organizational culture, α=0.95), (work values, α=0.93), (job satisfaction, α=0.94) showed that the questionnaires have an acceptable reliability. The data were analyzed using descxriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (K-S test), Pearson correlation and Stepwise regression (α<0.05). The research results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between constructive organizational culture and job satisfaction, work values and job satisfaction, constructive organizational culture and work values. Also, in order to coefficient of determination adjusted according specified constructive organizational culture and work values ability to predict 41% of the variance in job satisfaction. These results emphasize thr necessity of noticing to needs and necessities of work and social life of staff's, Identify the type of culture in the organization, also select the appropriate managers for more staff's satisfaction.
