Abstarct: This study aimed to design a sports marketing model in Iraqi football federations and analyze the effect of marketing antecedents on performance outcomes with the mediating role of executive and management mechanisms. The statistical population included executive directors of the federation, managers of Premier League clubs, and sports management experts in Iraq, from whom 100 people were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS software and structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of the study confirmed that sports marketing antecedents have a positive and significant effect on executive and management mechanisms, and these mechanisms, in turn, affect the performance outcomes of sports management. Also, the mediating role of executive mechanisms in the relationship between antecedents and performance outcomes was confirmed. As a result, the designed model shows that improving performance in Iraqi football requires simultaneously strengthening marketing driving variables and optimizing executive and management processes.
