Abstarct: With the increasing expansion of digital services in the sports industry, information security and cyber risk management have become one of the fundamental challenges. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of perception of cyber risk management on the loyalty of sports users, with digital trust acting as a mediating role among sports service users in selected clubs, sports centers, and stadiums in Iraq. To achieve the research objectives, a descxriptive-analytical method was used, and data were collected through a standard questionnaire from sports service users in selected Iraqi cities. To test hypotheses and analyze the structural model, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed. The research findings confirmed the main hypothesis; meaning that cyber risk management has a significant impact on sports users' loyalty and digital trust plays a crucial mediating role in this relationship. Additionally, the results indicated that proper perception of cyber risk management leads to increased digital trust among users, which in turn strengthens their loyalty to sports services. This research emphasizes the importance of investing in cybersecurity infrastructure to preserve trust and customer loyalty in the sports industry.
