Abstarct: The present study aimed to conduct a bibliometric analysis of service quality in sports clubs. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-analytical in nature, utilizing a bibliometric approach. The statistical population included all scientific articles indexed in the Scopus databaxse in the field of service quality in sports clubs up to April 2026. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 113 scientific articles were selected for final analysis. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer software, employing co-authorship analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis. The findings indicated that the first article was published in 1996, and the publication trend has grown significantly since 2013. The United Kingdom (15 articles, 816 citations), Spain (13 articles, 160 citations), and Australia (12 articles, 326 citations) had the largest share in knowledge production in this field. Co-authorship analysis of countries identified two main scientific clusters: the first cluster included Iran, the United States, South Korea, and Indonesia, and the second cluster included the United Kingdom, Australia, and Spain. Iran, with 7 articles and 145 citations, holds a favorable position in the international scientific collaboration network. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified four main thematic clusters: health and physical activity, demographic characteristics, sport management and service quality, and research methodology. The most cited article, with 252 citations, was by Macintyre and colleagues (2008), and the journal "Sport Management Review" with 5 articles and 236 citations was identified as the most influential journal. The conclusion of the study shows that the field of service quality in sports clubs has grown significantly over the past decade and has an interdisciplinary nature. baxsed on the findings, practical recommendations for club managers and research recommendations for future scholars are presented.
