Abstarct: The present study aimed to investigate the impact of physical and digital interaction experiences on sports fans' loyalty by elucidating the mediating role of fan satisfaction. This research was applied in nature and descxriptive-correlational in design, conducted baxsed on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The statistical population of the study consisted of fans of the top football clubs in Iraq, and the necessary data were collected through a standard questionnaire using convenient sampling method. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. The research findings indicated that digital interaction experience had a positive and significant impact on fan satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, physical interaction experience had a positive and significant impact on fan satisfaction, but its direct effect on fan loyalty was not confirmed. The results of indirect path analysis showed that fan satisfaction played a "partial mediating" role in the relationship between digital interaction and loyalty, and a "full mediating" role in the relationship between physical interaction and loyalty. Overall, the results suggest that while physical interactions at the stadium are satisfying for fans, it is this satisfaction that acts as an intermediary circle, transforming this experience into sustainable loyalty; whereas digital interactions, due to their accessibility and continuity, have a higher potential to create direct loyalty among fans.
