Abstarct: The present study aimed to conduct a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications in the field of customer satisfaction in sport. This study was applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method, falling under the category of bibliometric studies. The statistical population included all scientific articles indexed in the Scopus databaxse in the field of customer satisfaction in sport. Using a defined search strategy including the combined keywords "customer," "satisfaction," and "sport," a total of 207 articles met the inclusion criteria. Sampling was conducted as a census using a keyword-baxsed purposive method. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer software. The findings indicated that in terms of subject areas, "Business, Management and Accounting" had the highest share with 27.4%. The publication trend of articles has grown rapidly since 2018, reaching its peak in 2025 (18 articles). The scientific collaboration network in this field is centered around the United States. The thematic structure consisted of five main clusters. The article by Berezina et al. (2016) with 497 citations was identified as the most cited article in the field, and the journals "Journal of Services Marketing" and "Sport Management Review" were introduced as the top publications. Therefore, the field of customer satisfaction in sport has evolved from an industry-oriented and demographic approach toward a behavioral, psychological, and technological approach. However, the weakness of international collaborations and the lack of interdisciplinary research are among the most important research gaps in this field.
