Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of servant leadership style on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of physical education teachers, considering the moderating role of organizational justice. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and regarding data collection, it is descxriptive-survey and correlational. The statistical population consisted of all physical education teachers in schools of Al-Anbar Province, Iraq, in the academic year 2025. Using G-Power software, with an error level of 0.01, test power of 0.80, and effect size of 0.1, a sample size of 197 was determined, and convenience sampling was employed. Research instruments included the standardized questionnaires of Servant Leadership by Liden et al. (2015), Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Boil et al. (2019), and Organizational Justice by Niehoff and Moorman (1993). The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha, and their validity was affirmed baxsed on the opinions of sports management experts and physical education teachers. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings revealed that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on the OCB of teachers. Furthermore, organizational justice acts as a positive moderator in this relationship; such that with an increase in teachers' perception of justice in the work environment, the effect of servant leadership on the emergence of OCB is strengthened. The results of this study emphasize the necessity for school administrators to simultaneously focus on implementing servant leadership and institutionalizing organizational justice in all school processes, particularly in the educational context of Al-Anbar Province, Iraq. This approach can lead to increased motivation, commitment, and extra-role participation of physical education teachers and, ultimately, enhance the quality of the educational system.
