Abstarct: The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of organizational climate on the innovative work behavior of physical education teachers, with the moderating role of servant leadership style. In terms of purpose, the research was applied, and regarding data collection method, it was a descxriptive-survey of correlational type. The statistical population included all physical education teachers in schools of Al-Anbar (Salah al-Din) province, Iraq, in the year 2025. Using G-Power software, with an error rate of 0.05, test power of 0.95, and effect size of 0.1, a sample size of 157 was determined and selected via convenience sampling. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaires: Jav Valleu's (2003) organizational climate, Janssen's (2000) innovative work behavior, and Liden et al.'s (2015) servant leadership style. The validity of the instruments was confirmed by experts, and their reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with the partial least squares approach in SmartPLS software. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant impact on the innovative work behavior of physical education teachers (t=3.464, β=0.365). Furthermore, servant leadership style played a significant moderating role in this relationship, strengthening the lixnk between organizational climate and innovative behavior (t=2.140, β=0.185). Accordingly, it can be concluded that to promote innovative behaviors among physical education teachers, simultaneous attention to creating a supportive organizational climate and developing leaders with servant leadership characteristics is essential.
