Abstarct: This study aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership style on organizational climate with the moderating role of creativity among physical education teachers in Al-Anbar Governorate, Iraq. The research method was correlational, and the statistical population included all physical education teachers in this province. Using G-Power software and convenience sampling, 179 individuals were selected as the sample. Data were collected using Boyle et al. (2019) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Jaw & Liu (2003) Organizational Climate Questionnaire, and Lee et al. (2014) Creativity Questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts, and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 and Smart-PLS 4.2.8 software through variance-baxsed structural equation modeling. The results indicated that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the organizational climate of physical education teachers in Al-Anbar. However, teachers' creativity did not play a significant moderating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational climate. In other words, the effect of transformational leadership on organizational climate was independent of the teachers' level of creativity. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of transformational leadership in fostering a positive organizational climate in educational settings, particularly in the challenging conditions of Al-Anbar Governorate. These results can serve as a basis for planning and implementing leadership development programs for school administrators, as well as designing organizational interventions to improve the work environment for physical education teachers.
