Abstarct: Organizational Commitment Is One Of The Important And Key Issues In The Organization And This Issue Is Very Important For Physical Education Teachers Because These Teachers Have A Great Impact On The Physical And Mental Health Of People And It Is Important To Examine The Structures That Influence Organizational Commitment, Including The Quality Work Life And Organizational Trust Can Be Mentioned; Therefore, The Purpose Of This Research Is To Investigate The Effect Of The Quality Of Work Life On The Organizational Commitment Of Physical Education Teachers With The Mediating Role Of Organizational Trust. The Research Is Applied In Terms Of Objective And Survey In Terms Of Descxriptive Method In Which A Questionnaire Was Used To Check The Hypotheses. Yu And Kanavatanachai's (2002) Organizational Trust Questionnaire, Walton's (1997) Quality Of Work Life, And Allen And Mayer's Organizational Commitment Were The Tools Of This Research. The Statistical Population Of The Research Is Made Up Of 375 Formal And Informal Physical Education Teachers In The 13 Districts Of Mashhad, And According To Morgan's Table, 190 People Are Considered As A Non-Random And Accessible Statistical Sample. The Findings Of The Research Showed That The Quality Of Work Life Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Organizational Commitment And Organizational Trust, And The T-Statistics On The Quality Of Work Life On Organizational Commitment Is Equal To 5.043 And On Organizational Trust Is 14.475. Also, The Results Of The Research Showed That Organizational Trust Has A Positive And Significant Effect On Organizational Commitment With A T-Statistic Of 5.025 And Organizational Trust Mediates The Effect Of The Quality Of Work Life On Organizational Commitment And Its T-Statistic Is 4.563.
