GV317 : The effect of organizational climate on the performance of physical education teachers With the role of moderating creativity

Abstarct: In today's world, the role of physical education in improving the physical and mental health of students is very prominent. In this study, the effect of organizational climate on the performance of physical education teachers with the role of creativity moderator has been investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the research included all physical education teachers in the cities of Sistan province. The minimum sample size was estimated to be 176 people according to Gpower software and was analyzed. In this research, standard questionnaires of organizational climate (Jaw Velio, 2003), creativity (Lee et al., 2014), and performance (Boyle et al., 2019) were used to collect information. Reliability was evaluated using McDonald's omega coefficient, and face and content validity were evaluated and confirmed by the opinion of the supervisor and experts. Also, the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS and 4pls statistical software. The findings showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on performance. Also, creativity has a moderating role on the relationship between organizational climate and performance.
