GV314 : Designing a Model of social responsibility on the behavior and attitude of customers on the Sports For All Federation

Abstarct: Social responsibility is known as one of the important elements of the organization. So today, social responsibility has been a sensitive issue that has attracted society's attention in recent years. In such a way, compliance by the organizations brings the satisfaction of the stakeholders for the legitimacy, promotion, and survival of the organization and to create a better society. Therefore, the current research aims to design a social responsibility model on the behavior and attitude of customers in the Federation of Public Sports with a dynamic systems approach. The conducted research is of mixed type. The participants in the qualitative stage included 13 experts and experts (officials of the Federation of Public Sports, members of the academic faculty of universities (sports management), and in the quantitative stage, 15 experts in the field of responsibility. were social who were selected purposefully. The tool of data collection was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part, the factors of which were extracted through the study of the qualitative part. Findings in the qualitative part using the theme analysis method showed 102 basic themes, 17 organizing themes, and 8 comprehensive themes. The results indicate the key role of legal responsibility, humanitarian responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility, environmental responsibility, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, behavioral intentions, and competitive advantage in the development of social responsibility in the Federation of Sports. Finally, a set of strategies baxsed on the opinions of experts were introduced to improve the considered evaluation criteria and were ranked using the decision-making method of network analysis (ANP) and fuzzy TOPSIS. The results indicate the key role of legal responsibility, humanitarian responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility, environmental responsibility, service quality, and customer satisfaction in the development of social responsibility in the Federation of Public Sports. Also, the ranking results of the proposed strategies indicate that focusing on promoting and developing the volunteer movement in the mass sports federation has the highest priority, and improving media coverage of mass sports has the lowest priority. Finally, the validity and efficiency of the proposed model were confirmed in the analysis of social responsibility on the behavior and attitude of customers in the Federation of General Sports. As a result, the development of the social responsibility model requires that the managers of the public sports federation, according to these views and sensitivities of the customers towards social issues, plans and programs of social responsibility, such as providing training ecology to customers, efforts to use renewable resources and protect the environment, paying attention to sustainable development for future generations, being responsive to customers' criticisms and requests, helping with social and moral problems in society, supporting Programs and activities related to health and well-being, help to improve the social welfare of different sections of the society and support social and cultural events and programs, implement or improve.
