GV303 : The relationship between exercise history and lifestyle with the improvement of Covid 19

The covid-19 disease, which first started in China, spread all over the world, including our country, Iran. Corona viruses are a large family of viruses, ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome and Acute Respiratory Syndrome. Identifying ways of transmission of the virus has played an important role in its control. Until the discovery of the Covid-19 vaccine and due to the high spread of this virus, many governments used the strategy of banning the activities of government centers such as schools, universities, restaurants and religious places. However, many people died from the virus and many others were hospitalized and cared for. Many studies have been conducted in the field of the relationship between environmental factors and improvement of the disease of Covid-19. Important strategies have been presented to reduce the disease or improve the patient after the disease, each of them recommended preventive activities and physical activities such as sports and adopting an active lifestyle. Because sports activities are very important throughout life, and it allows people to cultivate the soul in the best way by spending free time in addition to maintaining the health of the body. One of the most important factors that ensure the health of the body and soul is the lifestyle that people lead. Lifestyle, as a person's behavioral pattern, has a significant impact on the health of the individual and the society at all ages, and is a broad concept that refers to all the habits, interests and behavioral characteristics that people use in their social world. will be The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the history of sports activity and the lifestyle of people with recovery from the disease of Covid-19. The statistical population of this study was made up of all patients with corona (N=300) who were admitted to Jajarm Hospital in 2014-2014. The statistical sample in this study was determined baxsed on Morgan's table. To collect data, after verifying validity and reliability, physical activity questionnaires by Beck (1996) and lifestyle by Laali et al. (2013) were used. The information obtained from the questionnaire was entered into spss software and analyzed in two sections of descxriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the history of sports activity and the lifestyle of people with the recovery of the disease of Covid-19.
