Abstarct: Burnout is a psychological syndrome that inflicts heavy costs to the ganizations. Teachers are prone to burnout. On the other hand, the recent research has shown that spiritual intelligence has positive effect on mental health. The purpose of this descxriptive – correlation study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and burnout of physical education teachers. According to Morgan table, 148 teachers were selected through cluster random sampling and participants completed the Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (Badie et al., 2010) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) (Maslach et al., 1996). The completed questionnaires were 137. The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between spiritual intelligence and burnout variables (p<0/01). Except The Correlation of Subscales "general thought and belief" and "Action ethical issues" whit "Emotional exhaustion", there was significant negative correlation among other subscales of spiritual intelligence and burnout (p<0/05). Simple linear regression analysis showed that spiritual intelligence alone predicts 38% of the variance in burnout. Results of t-test and ANOVA showed that baxsed on demographic characteristics including, marital status, education level there is no significant difference between spiritual intelligence and burnout (p>0/05). But this difference Was significant Only "general thought and belief" baxsed on Gender (p<0/01). Also Between burnout and its Subscales were not difference significant on the basis of gender, experience and education level (p>0/05). Finally, baxsed on the results of the present study suggest that Special Education executives and managers Learn the Methods of promoting and strengthening of Spiritual Intelligence.
