Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating "the effect of organizational social responsibility on the green behavior of employees of sports and youth departments in Khorasan Razavi province with the role of organizational identity mediator" and applied in Khorasan Razavi province. baxsed on the method and time frxame of data collection, it is a cross-sectional survey research. The statistical population of the present study was made up of all the employees of sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province (350 people) who worked in the departments of this province in 1400. Among the 28 cities of Razavi Khorasan province, 15 cities and among them, 150 samples were studied and the questionnaire was distributed among them. Out of this number of questionnaires, 136 complete questionnaires without defects were analyzed. The data collection tools of this research are: 1- Ahmadi's standard social responsibility questionnaire (2008), which includes 7 items and two dimensions of social commitment and acceptance of behavioral consequences, 2- Cheney's standard organizational identity questionnaire (1983) including 18 items and three dimensions of membership or feeling solidarity (items 1 to 6), loyalty or support to the organization (items 7 to 12) and similarity or perception (items 13 to 18) and 3- Kim et al.'s standard green behavior questionnaire (2019) has 7 items with two reprocessing dimensions and reducing energy consumption. After determining the validity and reliability, the questionnaires were distributed among the research samples. After collecting the data, in order to organize, summarize, classify the raw scores and describe the sample sizes of the descxriptive statistics (mean, frequency, percentages, standard deviation) and in order to check how the data is distributed from the skewness and kurtosis index, and to measure The relationship between variables was used in the form of a causal model of structural equation modeling. The results were analyzed in Smart-PLS3 and SPSS26 software. The results of the data analysis showed that the social responsibility on the green behavior of the employees of the sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province is at the level of 0.01, and the significant coefficient for this path is equal to 2.10, as well as the social responsibility on the organizational identity of the employees of the sports and youth departments of the Khorasan province. Razavi at the level of 0.01, the significance coefficient for this path is 5.429, and organizational identity on the green behavior of employees at the level 0.01, the significance coefficient for this path is 3.48, and as a mediating variable in the relationship between organizational social responsibility and green behavior. Employees have a positive and significant impact. The results showed that the social responsibility of the organization has a positive effect on the green behavior of the employees of sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province with the mediating role of organizational identity. Therefore, it is suggested that the authorities should take more effective measures to include the subject of sustainable management and sports in the subject of university courses. Also, the sports managers of Razavi Khorasan province should use the advice of experts from the environmental departments of their cities in the construction and maintenance of sports facilities under their supervision.
