Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational transparency on organizational silence with the mediating role of organizational trust in sports organizations. This research was descxriptive-survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all employees of sports and youth departments of South Khorasan province. G-Power software was used to determine the sample size, and 143 people were selected by random sampling method. Research measurement tools, questionnaires; The organizational transparency of the Netherlands et al. (2018), the organizational silence of Van Dyne et al. (2003) and the organizational trust of Rader (2003). The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than 0.7. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the opinion of sports management experts, the data were analyzed using PLS software. Findings showed that organizational transparency and trust have a negative and significant effect on organizational silence. Organizational transparency had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust. In addition, organizational trust had a minor mediating role in the relationship between organizational transparency and organizational silence; Therefore, it is suggested that managers of sports organizations should identify the factors affecting organizational transparency, organizational silence and organizational trust to remove obstacles to action and strengthen the positive factors, thereby increasing competition, improving the quality of decision-making and the most effective tools to reduce corruption. Be administrative and improve organizational health.
