Abstarct: Improper nutrition and increased sedentary behaviors are among the growing health problems in various communities that secretly increase the risk of developing chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, arterial stiffness and diabetes. In this regard, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of glucose consumption following three different intensities of acute aerobic activity on arterial stiffness in both trained and untrained groups in young women. Methodology. The present study was a quasi-experimental study with two experimental groups and the subjects of the study were 27 people, including 15 members of Shahroud women's futsal team as an active group and 12 students of Shahroud University as an inactive group with an age range of 18 to 35 years. At each session, arterial stiffness was measured using a vascular screening device, and active and inactive groups participated in the study for 3 intersections for three intensities during 3 sessions for 45 to 120 minutes each session. In every 3 sessions (running with 25, 65 and 85% of the reserve heart rate), run on a treadmill and after 15 minutes of activity, consume 75 grams of glucose and then 15 and 45 minutes after glucose consumption, stage Second and third, arterial stiffness was measured. For data analysis, SPSS software version 22 and repeated analysis tests within and between groups and binary comparison at the significant level (P≤0.05) were used. The results showed that glucose consumption following three different intensities of acute aerobic activity for the measured CAVI index in the two groups and in two intensities of 25 and 65% has a significant difference. Discussion and conclusion. According to the results, it seems that the response pattern of trained and untrained people, especially at low intensities of activity to glucose consumption after activity is different, so the need for further research in this regard seems necessary.
