Abstarct: The present study examined the relationship between organizational health and professional ethics of physical education teachers. The method of this research was descxriptive-survey of correlational type and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study was formed by physical education teachers of schools in Bojnourd city. By referring to Bojnourd city education department, the number of physical education teachers in Bojnourd city was determined as 185 people, of which 119 people were randomly sampled according to Morgan table. were chosen. Data collection tools in this study, Salimi Professional Ethics Questionnaire (2016) (in 5 dimensions of student communication, evaluation, personality traits, having a plan and being well-off, student growth and promotion) and health questionnaire Saatchi et al. (2010) organization (in seven dimensions of morale, scientific emphasis, observance (consideration), structuring, interest support (resource support), manager influence and institutional unity) has been. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational health and professional ethics of physical education teachers. But the components of organizational health failed to anticipate changes in the professional ethics of physical education teachers. The results also showed that there was no significant difference between gender, level of education, age and background of teachers and their attitude towards professional ethics.
