Abstarct: Resistive economy is one of the most important concerns for Iranian principles during recent years. Hence this study has been purposed Designing a Model for Resistive Economy in Collegiate Sport. This research is a mixed method and a kind of Exploratory Mixed Design that was done in qualitative and quantitative phases. In qualitative phase statistical sample consisted of 30 professors and in elites who were aware of the subject. to collect data at the qualitative stage were used of In-depth interviews with the samples. For data analysis in the qualitative stage was used of Glaser (1992) approach of grounded theory methods which was performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Its validity was obtained by experts and internal reliability was obtained by intra-subject agreement method of 87%, which confirms its health.Statistical sample in quantitative section for exploratory factor analysis including 376 people and for confirmatory factor analysis including 364 people of all members of sport scientific Committee, economics departments of the universities, the directors of the physical education of the universities, the general administration of the Ministry of Science, University Physical Education Experts, experts in the field of economics whom are familiar with the research topic that baxsed on the random stratified sampling method were selected. The data collection tool in a quantitative step was the researcher-made questionnaires whose formal validity and content were confirmed by a group of Professional professors. Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability of the instrument (α=0.98). In order to analyze the data in the study quantitative part of the research SPSS 19 software package to perform descxriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation and LISREL software to perform confirmatory factor analysis was used. The results showed that 199 indexes can be effective in resistive economy in the in College sport. Then in axial coding process 33 concepts were classified. Finally, 8 categories through selective coding was identified including The rule of law, Consumption management, Training and information, Mobility and dynamics, Social Development, Active participation, Reliance on yourself and planning. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 68 items regarding the main factors of resistive economy in Collegiate Sport were classified into 8 dimensions. Also, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that overall indices of structural model were in good condition, thus Obtained 68 questions questionnaire is an appropriate Scale for Measuring Resistive Economy in Collegiate Sport. Moreover the importance of the factors was examined from the perspective of the subjects. Accordingly, consumption management with an average of 4.29± 0.47, active participation with an average of 4.11± 0.53, and planning with an average of 4.08± 0.58 were recognized as the most important factors of Resistive Economy in College sport. Therefore, universities should pay more attention to consumption management, active participation and planning to take steps to achieve the ideals and approaches of the Resistive Economy in the field of College sport. Also According to the findings of the study, strategies have been identified that can By strengthening them, It helped develop College sport of Country, moreover Physical education policy makers’ can use identified signs, concepts and categories in future planning to operate resistive economy in sport College.
